End User License Agreement

Short version: When you buy a course, calculator pack, downloadable guide, or Inner Circle membership from After Forty Feel, you get a personal license to use it. You can't resell it, redistribute it, or feed it into a model to retrain. It's for you and your household. If you cancel, you stop getting new content but you keep what you already downloaded.

1. Scope

This EULA governs your use of any digital product purchased from After Forty Feel ("Licensed Material"), including but not limited to:

Courses (Hormone Optimization 40+, TRT Decision Guide, HRT Decision Guide, etc.)
Downloadable PDFs (bloodwork checklists, 30-day protocols, the Hormone Age report)
Calculators and tools delivered as standalone files
Inner Circle subscription content (Sunday letter, Friday research note, monthly call recordings)
Bonus material delivered alongside a purchase

This EULA does not cover free editorial content on afterfortyfeel.com (which is governed by the Terms of Use) or third-party products linked via affiliate.

2. License grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA, EndCreations Studio grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, download, and use the Licensed Material for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Permitted uses

View, download, and print the Licensed Material for your own use.
Share access with members of your immediate household.
Quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) in social posts or comments, with attribution and a link back to afterfortyfeel.com.
Print a single copy of a downloadable PDF for your personal reference.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or sublicense the Licensed Material to anyone.
Upload the Licensed Material to any public or paywalled platform.
Use the Licensed Material as training data for a machine-learning model, an AI assistant, a chatbot, or any system that generates derivative content.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution.
Use the Licensed Material to provide medical advice or as a substitute for professional clinical care. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Use the Licensed Material in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All Licensed Material is and remains the property of EndCreations Studio or its licensors. This EULA grants you a license, not ownership. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

6. Updates and continuity

We may update the Licensed Material from time to time. While your access is active, you receive updates at no additional cost. Inner Circle members receive new content for the duration of their active subscription. After cancellation:

You retain access to anything you already downloaded.
You lose access to the subscriber-only library, future Sunday letters, the Friday research note, and the monthly call.
If you re-subscribe within 90 days, your access is restored without losing your tenure data.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is stated at the point of purchase. Default policy: 30-day money-back guarantee on courses and one-time digital products. Inner Circle: cancel any time, prorated refund on the unused portion of the current billing period if cancelled within 14 days of renewal. Coaching calls: cancellable up to 24 hours before the scheduled call.

8. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sharing your login outside your immediate household is a breach of this EULA and may result in license termination without refund.

9. Termination

We may terminate this license without refund for material breach (specifically: redistribution, reselling, or use as model training data). You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting downloaded files.

10. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Licensed Material is provided "as is." The disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability provisions in the Terms of Use (sections 11-12) apply to the Licensed Material with the same force and effect.

11. AI / model-training restriction

You agree not to use the Licensed Material, in whole or in part, as input to train, fine-tune, embed, vectorize, distill, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model. This restriction survives termination of this EULA.

12. Survival

Sections 5 (IP), 10 (Warranty/Liability), and 11 (AI restriction) survive termination of this EULA.
