Do we sell your personal information?
No — we do not sell personal information in the traditional sense (we don't transfer data to a third party for money).
However, under California's broad CCPA/CPRA definition, the term "sale" can include the disclosure of personal information to advertising and analytics vendors when their cookies are present on the site (Google AdSense, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, etc.). Under that broad reading, we may be considered to "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

What happens after you submit
- We acknowledge within 5 business days.
- We may ask one or two questions to verify it's really you (we will NOT ask for sensitive identifiers like SSN — usually just a confirmation email click).
- We complete the request within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA). For complex requests we may extend by another 30/45 days with notice.
- If we deny the request, we explain why and tell you how to appeal.
Authorised agents
You can have an authorised agent submit a request on your behalf. We will require either (a) a signed and dated permission from you, or (b) proof of a valid power of attorney. We may also contact you directly to confirm.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
